Centre for Excellence in Telecom Technology and Management (CETTM) has been established by MTNL with state of the art facilities to impart training in Telecom Technology and Management Studies. CETTM is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified training institute.

CETTM imparts customised training to various corporates and foreign participants.CETTM also offers subsidised training to Engineering students as a Corporate Social Responsibility.
